Welcome Back

First of all welcome back to my new-look blog!

I tinkered around with the code (why oh why?) and when I make a mistake, I seem to make really big ones.

Luckily my content is alive and well somewhere else, and I’ll be re-publishing it, but really this is a chance to make an unintentional fresh start.

This time I have learned my lesson. No more messing around with, well…anything. I need to stick to the writing part.

For those who read the first part of the stamp saga from the history of Western Australia, I’ve joined it with part two and together they will make a new story coming later this week.

  1. I’m glad you are back! Rather than swearing off any experimentation in the future, perhaps you should adopt the motto, ‘experiment with caution’? Experimentation and preparedness to make mistakes is an important way of discovering new things after all. However I understand, no-one wants to make catastrophic mistakes!

I looked up your website because I wanted to see examples of what people are doing with their history websites. You’ve been doing great stuff. I’m looking forward to reading more.

  2. Welcome back to you, too – I’m glad to see you’ve got your blog sorted out and I’m looking forward to your posts.
